From the very first conversation with John Breaux at Westside Lexus, he was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful. Our entire process started over the phone, and John made it so easy from the beginning. While we were waiting for the GX 550 to arrive at the dealership, he stayed in contact with us and kept us updated along the way. We never felt like we were left wondering what was going on. He always communicated clearly and made sure we knew what to expect. John also worked with us and our lender over the phone, which made everything incredibly convenient. He was willing to help with whatever was needed and made the process feel simple rather than complicated. That meant a lot to us, especially being able to take care of so much before we even arrived at the dealership. When we finally made it to Westside Lexus, John had everything ready to go. He was organized, prepared, and took the time to walk us through everything. He never rushed us and made sure we understood the process and all the details of the vehicle.
