The agent who I worked with was really helpful and knowledgeable but pricing related discussions with her management through her felt like I was with a used car sales team, as they tried to maximize t knowledgeable but pricing related discussions with her management through her felt like I was with a used car sales team, as they tried to maximize their profits as much as possible specially with the trade in that I did. I expected a more personalized and caring service as they were winning a client from a German car user. Unfortunately, there was no transparency in the price, in fact the pure lack of it was the major issue as they tried to make profit on the new car purchase as well as trade in knowing I had urgent requirements, this is why suggesting maybe used car sales team would have given a better experience. Honestly, I have bought Lexus in two other countries around the world and they both were great experiences but this was the worst experience that I have seen, imagine the sales manager not even showing up to meet and thank us for the business or welcoming us to Lexus family knowing we were moving from a German luxury car company. There is nothing against the sales person as she was quite helpful and supportive but I definitely expected better experience from them. More

Sales agent did an excellent job. She answered all my questions. My past sales people I have worked with before do not know hardly anything about the cars they are selling, she knew e She answered all my questions. My past sales people I have worked with before do not know hardly anything about the cars they are selling, she knew everything about my Lexus and more. I am a real estate agent so I found that to be very comforting in the process when a sale rep actually knows the product they are selling. She even did my final walk through and showed me all the features of my new car which I found very helpful.- Ryan Hajdik More
