My first time for service at Crown Honda. Setting up the appt. was easy; I had a broad choice of times on the day I needed. I arrived early, they took my vehicle right away. I have changed my whole outlook, formerly vowing never to go to any "dealership," but from now on I will not go anywhere else except to a dealership.... or at least this dealership! I'm not sure if they're all the same but Crown Honda knows what they are doing and certainly knows how to treat their customers. I've dealt now with Michele and Brooks.... both are the best! The shuttle driver, Keith was great. I am a new 'used' Honda owner, and a snowbird. I hope the dealership up north is as good as here. More

When I get my car serviced at Honda my experience is enjoyable. When I come in and drop my car off they show me to the lounge I sit down and when they inspect my car and find something wrong if they do enjoyable. When I come in and drop my car off they show me to the lounge I sit down and when they inspect my car and find something wrong if they do they come to me and ask me if I want it fixed tell me what’s wrong, I usually get it fixed there. I usually do not wait that long to get my car serviced when they’re done they call me tell me what they did I pay and I leave. My service guy Brooks is very good at what he does he treats me like a real person and I am appreciative of that. I always get my car serviced at Honda. More
