I had the opportunity to do business with Jp and Bruce at Eagle Buick this past week.I was totally shocked with the professionalism, kindness, and genuine concern for us getting the exact car we wanted ! The Eagle Buick this past week.I was totally shocked with the professionalism, kindness, and genuine concern for us getting the exact car we wanted ! The story begins with me trying to sell my 2 vehicles on Facebook.I received a call from a lovely lady at the dealership indicating the were interested in buying them. Not liking car dealerships. I was hesitant to go down to see if it was legitimate. Well Jp called and we made a deal on the phone.So I made an appointment to meet him and sell them the cars. When I got there. this guy shows us looking like a cross between Marlin Brando and the Fonz! It was Jp and he suggested that I let them find me the car I want trade the vehicles. and save the sales tax. Not trusting car salesman, I was skeptical of the process.However ,we decided to give the guy and the dealership a chance.Jp turned me over to sales , we met super nice salesman -Bruce Carrington. Eagle has a network of dealerships that work together to sell vehicles. Well Bruce found me exactlv what we wanted. and we did the deal vesterday.it was the most pleasant car transaction I ever did. This business model should be an example for how to do business, treat customers and restore confidence in the American tradition of capitalism.I was shocked at the treatment, high moral standard, and concern for my purchase. This place is an enigma, in a world of business's trying to maximize profit, add bs fee's to the bottom line, and maximize profits.They actually listened , got me what we wanted, and were fair on the price. Give these guys a chance to meet your auto needs, they are fantastic! More
