Even late into the night David is very pleasant. I definitely recommend 5 Star Ford. More

I got my impossible dream car but if it wasnt for him I would of not had driven out with my silver leather seats ford 2019 explorer. I am super happy about how my service was. Salesmanship with integrity and care. The possible man. Got my dream car.! I also got good coverage and well explained about my car with MIT. That man has so much intrigety I honestly believe in him 100%. Wouldnt want any other guy financing with me. When it comes to my money I know im safe hands with him. More

Sales with Integrity Nothing but kind words and an enjoyable experience when I went to Five Ford (in AM) and was greeted by Bruce before he had even had a chance to clock Nothing but kind words and an enjoyable experience when I went to Five Ford (in AM) and was greeted by Bruce before he had even had a chance to clock in for the day. “Early bird gets the worm”. First words Bruce related was that “he will do anything he can to help me get the car I want”. At first notion I believed that is what all salesman do. HOWEVER, I had spent all day (from 9AM to 9PM) with Bruce and I can honestly say he is a individual who brings a good reputation to the term “salesman”. He was very honest in all aspects, he had gone to bat for us when push came to shove (as it did) to be able to get us the car we wanted at the rate we wanted. (Obviously you have to be realistic about the factors that play in such as good credit, what you can afford, etc). Bruce has great character, is honest which is difficult to find especially in sales and carries himself with integrity. I can also say the same with our finance friend ‘MIT’ as he made the process extremely easy, upfront, and stress free. I do believe our paths with both of these fine gentlemen were meant to cross and happy it did!! More

Love it!! Totally recommend this to all my friends & family Went into 5 Star Ford in N. Richland Hills and left with a brand new 2019 Ford Edge. Poor (lack there of) service. I've been looking for a used Mustang GT since November of 2018. Every good deal I have found, the car is sold by the time I contact the dealership. F I've been looking for a used Mustang GT since November of 2018. Every good deal I have found, the car is sold by the time I contact the dealership. Found a Mustang I liked here at Five Star Ford. Applied for the credit application online Sunday February 8th. Played phone tag with one of the sales rep for a couple of days. I had/have $4k (620 credit score) burning in my pocket as we speak in search of a new car. Got an email from CarGurus on February 14th that this certain vehicle dropped price. I immediately call the dealership at 7:00pm, find out the vehicle is available. I arrive at the dealership @ 7:32 pm, quick look of the car (where I do find several blemishes/scratches on the paint & interior reeks of cigar smoke) before we go back inside and do another credit application because they can't find my last completed application. Spend about 10 min filling info out only to be told my credit score is 580 and that's it. No - "Thank you for stopping by". No - "Thank you for your time". Not even a simple hand shake. I was on the road driving back home by 7:55pm. Keep in mind, they don't close until 9:00pm. I got the impression that people where in a rush to close early and be out before then. It was Valentine's night so I understand but business is business during business hours. I've had previous experience with Auto Nation Chevrolet (& when it was Bankston and way back when it was Hudiberg Chevrolet) where we stayed well after closing hours trying to keep my business, and they did. I'm giving a poor score mainly due to poor (lack there of) service. I rush to get there only to be rushed out. I will be going to Town East Ford Saturday afternoon February 16th. I submitted the same application and they got me pre-approved and are doing everything they can to win my business thanks to their HELPFULL employee named Joseph Vickery. More
