I was born and raised in the suburbs of Chicago the first 19 years of my life. Growing up I liked taking things apart and seeing how they worked. After High School I pursued what I liked to do. I went to an Automotive Technical School and began my career 30 plus years ago, I have been with Ford since 1987. I started with Rob Sight in April of 2008 and found Rob Sight is a business with a conscience that comes from the top, down. Doing the right thing for the customers and employees makes this a great environment to work. Well what can I say but I’m a gear head. I like to ride my motorcycle, watch Nascar, do photography and play with my dog at home in my small, country town. Someday when I retire I’ll probably still be messing around with cars but it will be at my leisure then.

Great Help! My Focus was having transmission problems and I had to nurse it into the dealership where I purchased it. The service department closed by then, but My Focus was having transmission problems and I had to nurse it into the dealership where I purchased it. The service department closed by then, but Keith in sales met me in the showroom, listened to my situation, and had me in a loaner within 15 minutes. Kirk in Service called me the next morning, said he was looking it over, and would get with me later in the day. By noon he had called and told me they were able to repair it and that it was ready for me to pick up. When I returned for my Focus, GM Rich greeted and thanked me. Kindness and service is systemic at this dealership. More

A+ Dealership I had a great experience at Rob Sight Ford. I first looked at the vehicle that I ended up purchasing a few days prior. The no pressure sales experienc I had a great experience at Rob Sight Ford. I first looked at the vehicle that I ended up purchasing a few days prior. The no pressure sales experience with Marc was one of the reasons that I came back. I had been car shopping for awhile and felt the most comfortable while visiting Rob Sight Ford. My experience with Brian, the Finance Manager, was also exceptional. Although the wait to see him was a bit long, he had me in and out of his office in a blink of an eye. He was still informative but didn't waste my time, or his, trying to pressure me into buying an additional warranty after I made it clear that I wasn't interested. The best part of my experience was working with Bruce and Craig in the service department. Both were AWESOME! Their customer service was above and beyond and I appreciate the time that each of them took to answer my questions and guide me through how to set up my newly purchased vehicle features. Thank you to all! I'll be sure to refer my friends to Rob Sight in the future. More
