I was born and raised in the suburbs of Chicago the first 19 years of my life. Growing up I liked taking things apart and seeing how they worked. After High School I pursued what I liked to do. I went to an Automotive Technical School and began my career 30 plus years ago, I have been with Ford since 1987. I started with Rob Sight in April of 2008 and found Rob Sight is a business with a conscience that comes from the top, down. Doing the right thing for the customers and employees makes this a great environment to work. Well what can I say but I’m a gear head. I like to ride my motorcycle, watch Nascar, do photography and play with my dog at home in my small, country town. Someday when I retire I’ll probably still be messing around with cars but it will be at my leisure then.

I had a the silver piece of plastic break off of my console took it in to see if it could fixed. Bruce took a look at it & said we will have to Order you another console lid it's under warranty we'll console took it in to see if it could fixed. Have not had any less than positive experiences with Rob Sight Ford the eight months I have been dealing with them. Would have preferred to have caution areas on condition survey brought to me attention by Sight Ford the eight months I have been dealing with them. Bruce has been wonderful to work with! I love the honesty & all the time he has spent to take care of my issues with my Ford Edge Sport! This is my first time buying a Ford. My windshield was replaced by the body shop and subsequent service department visits corrected a couple of problems with the rain-sensing windshield wipers. I just wrote a very positive review of your dealership service department on Cars.com. (They said it would take 3 to 5 days to appear) but I wanted to let everyone know that you have "Good people/Great S service department on Cars.com. (They said it would take 3 to 5 days to appear) but I wanted to let everyone know that you have "Good people/Great Service." I said in the review that I am a demanding customer of a Ford Expedition. I expect to be treated fairly and with efficiency. I went on to say that if "something's not right -- Rob Sight service makes it right." I am very appreciative that you sent the shop foreman out to my house last week when my car would not start. It's service that is "above and beyond" that gets you noticed -- and gets you more business! Thanks for all you do for my 2004 Expedition. More

My experience at the Rob Sight (Service Center) over the past three years has always been excellent. The people there are always friendly and responsive to my needs and requests. If I have needed a ride to past three years has always been excellent. The people there are always friendly and responsive to my needs and requests. If I have needed a ride to and from work while my car is being serviced--they come through. My most recent visit was an unscheduled one. I was taken care of quickly and back on my way with peace of mind the repair was done right. Each of the Sales Managers I've worked with fully explains the required service (before and after) and what the cost will be. I live in another city with a Ford/Lincoln dealership and have not had the same positive experience with that service center; so I now only take my business to the Rob Sight location where I know I can trust their word and work. Unprecedented service and care from Bruce. He personally test drove my car before I left to ensure it was completely safe for my daughter heading off for college.
