Dylan Allender was outstanding Dylan was the best sales associate I've ever worked with in purchasing a vehicle. I worked with him a little while looking at used cars and was still Dylan was the best sales associate I've ever worked with in purchasing a vehicle. I worked with him a little while looking at used cars and was still looking on and off at used cars when we come across a Donovan ad on a new Buick Encore with low mileage and almost $9,000 in rebates so I called him about that. It turned out to be in the new cars lot not the used car lot but Dylan followed through very professional throughout the sales process even though he had never sold from the new cars lot before.. He even arrived earlier than his normal start time just so we could get started sooner so hopefully the car we were interested in would not already be sold before we could look at it. He is very professional, very polite, easy to talk to, answered all our questions, programmed our phones to use the Bluetooth feature, and was not high pressure in the sales process at all which I appreciated. By comparison I still remember how high pressure the salesman at Mel Hameltons was when I bought my new truck in 2008...very bad experience. I would definitely do business with Dylan again and he is a valuable asset to your organitzation and I hope he can be recognized for all he brings on behalf of Donovans. Thank you. Sincerely.
