I was so anxious when i bought my car in for service. It wouldn’t start even after a boost. After 5 hours of waiting for a tow truck I finally made it to the Chrysler Hollywood Service Department. I was so relieved when I saw Bruno and Allison as they were both extremely helpful in the past. Bruno was so efficient in getting everything done and walked me to Allison’s office. Allison was able to get me into a loaner and on my way so fast. Allison and Bruno work very well together and both have a very pleasant attitude. Bruno called me with updates and I picked up my car a few days later. They put in a new battery and took care of two recalls that my car needed. When I picked up my car Bruno explained everything to me and again was very professional. He does everything with such a positive attitude. He also gave my husband and me his telephone number so that we can text him directly if we have any car issues in the future! Great service! More

He was supposed to call me back yesterday and did not call me back. My jeep is still broken. The phone system at the dealership is horrid it takes 15 plus minutes to just get a live human when you ask fo call me back. My jeep is still broken. Four month ordeal for simple transfer case fix on jeep cherkee, lost parts twice, technician shortage, service rep turnover, horrible lack of communication, vehicle got nail in tire on property, released cherkee, lost parts twice, technician shortage, service rep turnover, horrible lack of communication, vehicle got nail in tire on property, released vehicle before fix was complete and had to return, horrible reflection on the Jeep brand. Avoid this dealer and their network of dealerships at all cost. More
