Bruno provided excellent service from beginning to end. He ensured that someone was taking care of me when I got there and then followed through. car got towed in on Monday afternoon, they made appt for Tues 10:20 am, didn't hear back until wed evening, just needed a battery. Was never contacted Thurs about when it would be ready and called several n Tues 10:20 am, didn't hear back until wed evening, just needed a battery. Was never contacted Thurs about when it would be ready and called several numbers, talked to several different people, left messages and text and no one got back to me to tell me when or if my car was even being worked on. Finally, after leaving another message on Friday ( !!! ) I got a call back that my car had been ready since Thursday afternoon. A Battery !!!! Four days !!! They are experiencing three people gone, so one person to handle everyone, they should have had at least someone to make update phone calls & do nothing else at least. I'm stuck because that's where my warranty says to go. Two years ago, went through 16 days of waiting because they "forgot to order the part" and kept telling me they were waiting for it to come in, they finally noticed, never even ordered. So if you've had good service, then truly, you are blessed . Not Bruno's fault for all the problems, too short of staff, he needs assistance and assistants ! More
