Horrible experience with Weber Chevrolet. I drove from KC to St. Louis to purchase a vehicle. Bryan Malzahn was the sales rep I worked with and he was very helpful sending lots of pictures an I drove from KC to St. Louis to purchase a vehicle. Bryan Malzahn was the sales rep I worked with and he was very helpful sending lots of pictures and giving me a low end estimate of my Toyota Tacoma trade in of $12,500 until they saw it. The truck is in great condition loaded with extras. I drove 4 hours to get there. Tim, the truck manager, drove my Tacoma with the Service manager. They said it had a vibration which might be a drive train issue. Definitely not the engine or transmission. I asked him how much that repair would be and he said they have no idea what it is so he couldn’t tell me. You would think the Service Manager would have some sort of clue. I asked them to drive the vehicle with me and show me what they were talking about. I didn’t feel anything abnormal. They came back and offered me $11k for the truck. I told them before I left that I had 2 offers of $13,500 and one offer of $14k. They low balled me and eventually gave me $12k. It is now listed at $19,997 on their lot. They lied to may face on many other occasions as well. The blonde woman in financing gave me a rate of 7.49% with an 800+ credit score which was ridiculous. She then pushed me to finance over 72 months so she could make more money. She offered me a warranty at ‘cost’ due to the trade In fiasco of $2900. I showed her my warranty offer from another dealership for half that which was also union. They did not include the new title or check for my sales tax with my paperwork. After a week of leaving messages, they said they hold it until it is funded even though it was approved through their own preferred lender. I would have financed with them and bought a warranty if they weren’t so greedy and told the truth and treated me fairly. This dealership is dishonest and has no integrity at all. Bryan Malzahn was upfront and honest. The others were not! More

We drove 2hrs to this dealership and they did not disappoint. It puts our local dealerships to shame. Quick service, but did not make us feel rushed. With buying a new truck, there's a lot of new bel disappoint. It puts our local dealerships to shame. Quick service, but did not make us feel rushed.
