As a first time buyer, I was very intimidated with the whole process. Then, along came Bryan and Nick. Bryan was wonderful to my girlfriend and her family, and when I walked in the dealership we were gree whole process. Then, along came Bryan and Nick. Bryan was wonderful to my girlfriend and her family, and when I walked in the dealership we were greeted and welcomed by all. When Bryan was pulled away, he couldn’t have been replaced by a better person. From the test drive to the final sale, Nick was the highlight of my week. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable on all the inner workings and nuances of the vehicles, but his warm personality won us all over. He was genuinely hilarious while also taking his craft very seriously, and it was exactly what I needed to feel comfortable through this process. I can’t thank Nick and Bryan enough for their help in buying our new 2025 Chevy Trax! More

Was mislead on pricing which cause me to cancel purchase. Down payment taken prior to pricing review. Now I'm waiting for a refund. I had a great experience with Bryan in sales—friendly, helpful, and made the process easy. The finance team was also knowledgeable and efficient. However, on final inspection before taking home my bran helpful, and made the process easy. The finance team was also knowledgeable and efficient. However, on final inspection before taking home my brand-new vehicle, I noticed a deep scratch on the driver’s side wheel flare. The dealership didn’t have the part but agreed to ship it to me, which I appreciate. That said, I live over 90 miles away, and they refused to cover the $180 installation cost at a local Chevy dealer. Their only solution was for me to drive all the way back to have it installed—a full-day commitment for something that should have been caught before the car was even prepped for sale. It’s odd that there’d be any resistance to covering the cost of fixing something that was clearly faulty with their own stock. For anyone considering buying here, I’d recommend doing a thorough inspection beforehand, as getting post-sale issues resolved may not be as straightforward as you’d expect. More
