Great Service I only go to Circle BMW for service because of Bryan Raiken's superior service. His car knowledge is extensive and he's very straight to the point. I only go to Circle BMW for service because of Bryan Raiken's superior service. His car knowledge is extensive and he's very straight to the point. He takes the time to explain why certain services are needed and others are not. He's very honest and always has the customer's best interests in mind at all times to keep your car maintained as close to new as possible. Communication is always excellent. Valet was a bit disorganized in the early AM, as it did take 30 minutes from arrival to departure to get checked in and receive the loaner. Loaner was quite nice, however interior could have used a vacuum. Would be nice if this process could be streamlined a bit, but otherwise not too major of a delay. See you for my next service in the spring. More
