Chuck has been heaven sent, I have been very angry about car I was sold and discovered how much I was overcharged, not to mention week later car came with issues, brake no good 4 days after purchasing this car I was sold and discovered how much I was overcharged, not to mention week later car came with issues, brake no good 4 days after purchasing this car, radio just stop working. Don’t know what will happen next, warranty expired, driving on faith. Even though I hate my car, service team excellent, helpful and made me smile. More

Unfriendly clerk. Took 20 mins to check me in for an oil change. Clerk left while in the middle of checking me in to run keys to someone else. When I voiced my objection with a heavy irritated sigh,, he ask change. Clerk left while in the middle of checking me in to run keys to someone else. When I voiced my objection with a heavy irritated sigh,, he asked "is there something wrong?" I complained about having to stand and wait for 1/2 hour, he replied "your appointment was at 11:45, and it's only 11:57 now" the clerk was extremely slow, whether he was walking or typing on the computer, there was no sense of urgency despite the other 4 people waiting in line behind me. It seemed that he didn't even want to be there. I asked to have my wiper checked because it was skipping....and it is still skipping, which leads me to believe he didn't even put it on the work order. The clerk should have finished my transaction before running a set of keys to someone else. I will never bring my vehicle to you for service again. More

Great service (Dario and Arman), very knowledgeable and efficient. I was working with another dealership, but DePaula blew them away. I loitered around inside the other dealership for nearly 10 minutes a efficient. I was working with another dealership, but DePaula blew them away. I loitered around inside the other dealership for nearly 10 minutes and nobody even said, hello, despite two dozen employees walking around. When I walked into DePaula, somebody approached me almost immediately and asked if I needed help. A+++++ More

Car was in limp mode and not drive able. Competing dealer told me a week in a half for an appointment. DePaula got me in fast even though they were booked and fixed car under warranty in two days.
