My technical representative Bryson, was absolutely outstanding. He took the initiative to contact the service manager and the regional Director in order for a repair to the vehicle that I’m leasing be outstanding. He took the initiative to contact the service manager and the regional Director in order for a repair to the vehicle that I’m leasing be performed at no cost. Otherwise, it would’ve cost me almost $1000 on a car that I am leasing and turning in. Kudos go to him, the mile high maintenance Director and the regional Director. More
