Burt Randall is such a good rep for Phillips; he made sure I had the smoothest, easiest car buying experience EVER! He went above and beyond to make sure that when I drove off the lot in my car I was 100 percent satisfied. On top of that, he knows his stuff; he's been in the business so long, I don't think anything phases him; he handles it all with a smile on his face. And Dennis J, who helped me with the financing and warranty portion is a 30-year experienced financial whiz. Plus his background in mechanics helped me understand the benefits of the warranty I was purchasing - he knows mechanically and financially how to make a smart decision. All in all, I will not hesitate to recommend this dealership and the people who work there. We will be purchasing our family's next vehicle from Phillips Toyota. It was cleaned up, detailed, tagged, and the insurance changed over. Burton, talked us through the new car explaining the hybrid set up and option packages on the car.
