They kept sweetening the deal. When we stuck to our initial decision they gave us the car to drive overnight. The SUV was great and the numbers fit our budget so we committed to the lease when we returned the vehicle. More

Worked with Me Had a lot of negative equity and a high mile trade in, but Phillips gave me more for my trade and dealer incentives than any other dealer to get me in Had a lot of negative equity and a high mile trade in, but Phillips gave me more for my trade and dealer incentives than any other dealer to get me into my new Hybrid Rav4. They also let me take the car for the day to accommodate my work schedule and show my wife. Very cool!!! Not to mention Phillips extends the Toyota Care package if you buy from them which no other dealer was offering. More

Our experience. With the Phillips sales, service and finance Working with Burton Randall was first class, he explained all the details and guided us to the car we were looking for. Price negotiations were handled with ease and not confrontational at all. We walked in the dealership at 9:30am and drove out our new car at 3:15 pm. It was cleaned up, detailed, tagged, and the insurance changed over. Burton, talked us through the new car explaining the hybrid set up and option packages on the car. Dennis Jacinto, Finance , talked us through the Warranty plans and the paint protection applications. More

Had a professional experience Burton Randall - Sales Agent was very knowledgeable and professional. He seemed to know what we were shopping for and provided us with the product. Burton Showed professional Care to My Wife whom the Car was Intended. Test Drive was properly administered. All of the other personnel were professional Mikey (sales manager) and the General manager were helpful . Our only concern was that the promotion during our initial contact was not fully explained until we arrived and was informed that the promotion was for other auto styles and not what we were looking to purchase. The other concern was that when discussing our trade-in the personnel appeared unconcerned regarding My Professional efforts in Car Care Maintenance over an extended period of time.
