We used the Consumer Reports car buying service to buy our new Impreza. Elena Aviles from Garavel came back with the best price and set up our appointment. He is personable, knowledgeable, thorough and simply a joy to deal with. He kept us informed every step of the way while our Impreza was on the high seas en route to Norwalk. I leased a new Crosstrek from Garavel. From my initial inquiry throughout the whole process, everyone was super helpful and responsive. Byeong was very friendly and helped me look at a few different optio inquiry throughout the whole process, everyone was super helpful and responsive. Stock was limited and I needed something that day and he and the manager helped me get a fair deal on one of the Crosstrek's they had in stock. All safety precautions were taken from masks to divider partitions. The entire experience was very smooth and I plan to be back for another Subaru once my lease ends. More
