Bill Hinton handled all the paperwork promptly the next morning and met us the following day to give us the car. We drove an hour and a half to buy this vehicle and I had complete confidence they would stand by what they negotiated. The pick up appointment was simple and seamless. Bill had all the paperwork ready; it was exactly as we had negotiated 2 days earlier. Bill was professional, knowledgeable, and unhurried. Bill is the best salesperson I have ever worked with and I prefer his straightforward approach. Jan from Finance was knowledgeable and helpful in reviewing add on services but not pushy; we told him what we wanted and what we didn't need and he did not hard sell anything. They sold us a great car at a fair price and were very easy to work with. I would buy from Flemington BMW again. More
