Byron thoroughly enjoys his role leading the BMW dealership in Flemington. A veteran of the automotive business since age 16, he started in the prep department before moving through sales and management. “BMW has become my life,” says the Hunterdon County native. "While the BMW X7 is the ideal family mover, I'm excited for the release of the new EV's, the iX and i4 and to move into that segment of the market." Byron enjoys skiing and traveling, especially locally. He likes to discover new restaurants after leisurely motoring around the countryside. He is part of many non-profit boards.

I had purchased 3 cars from the auto group in the past 2 - 3 years. Byron Brisby (VP of the auto group) called me when he discovered that I received less than satisfactory treatment a few months before. H - 3 years. He went above and beyond by apologizing for how I was treated and reassured me that changes were made to ensure that the current sales staff is customer focused and professional. In addition, he provided me with a quote that was so inviting, I had to visit the dealership that evening. I was interested in two models for my spouse, and Byron had both vehicles ready for me to look at in their service area; both cars parked in the middle of the floor (it was a very cold evening outside). All of the employees I met were very professional and friendly. It was the best experience I've had in comparing vehicles. They gave me an awesome deal on my trade in and I opted for the vehicle with the upgraded package. Delivery of the vehicle was also a wonderful experience. The entire experience was so positive, that in the next year, when I'm ready to buy my car, I will definitely buy from Flemington BMW. I also recommended the dealership to my friends who are interested in purchasing a new car. More

After reading about my experience with BMWUSA, you will appreciate why I gave Flemington BMW the rating I gave. The staff are exceptional. I ordered a 328i xdrive from Munich through Flemington BMW. appreciate why I gave Flemington BMW the rating I gave. The staff are exceptional. I ordered a 328i xdrive from Munich through Flemington BMW. About 1.5 months later, my vehicle arrived in Port Newark. BMWUSA staff were providing me with conflicting information concerning the delivery date of the car. I contacted my Client Advisor, Jan Michael Blakley who in turn contacted BMWUSA. BMWUSA informed Jan Michael that there was a problem with my "brand new" car and that delivery would be delayed. When the information was relayed to me, I immediately got in touch with the General Manager of Flemington BMW, Byron Brisby Jr.. Byron followed up with BMWUSA, who advised him that my car would not be repaired for another month. Byron insisted on having the car released to his dealership, and a few days later, I was driving my car out of the showroom. As it turned out, the problem was a 2 inch piece of felt that got wedged in the sunroof shade. It took a minute to remove the felt once it arrived at the dealership. My experience with Flemington BMW was great. If you want to know about all the features of a BMW, Jan Michael is your man. Jan Michael is professional, knowledgeable and courteous. At no point did I ever feel pressured. I went to other dealerships prior to Flemington BMW and Flemington BMW is where I received the best customer service and pricing. Rebecca Kosar is the Finance and Insurance Manager. Rebecca sat with me and thoroughly explained all the warranty/service/maitnance options available. Again, there was no pressure to purchase anything I was not interested in. I would advise anyone purchasing a BMW from this dealership, to have a chat with Rebecca so as to understand all the options ahead of the pick up date, in order to have time to decide what to choose and not choose. Byron was amazing. Byron got me behind the wheel of my vehicle in a timely fashion, days instead of a month later. I would reccomend Flemington BMW to anyone who would ask. My wife's lease was up so we were in the market for another vehicle to replace. After driving a number of vehicles we decided on the new X1 and couldn't be happier.
