Definitely would recommend the Beaver Chevrolet service department. John Ivey and everyone from the service techs to the office staff treat me like a vip customer and make sure im coveinced and updated con department. John Ivey always goes the extra mile and has me sold on being a life long customer here! Can't say enough about John's expertise and customer service dealing with him as I've had some unfortunate luck with my truck, but he works with me and his expertise puts me at ease with recommending and telling me what I need to get done for the correct fix. Thanks John!!!! More

I recently had my first service on my 2024 Trax and let me tell you about this store! My experience started with the wonderful gentlemen in the service lane i first was greeted by two young men who were be me tell you about this store! My experience started with the wonderful gentlemen in the service lane i first was greeted by two young men who were beyond helpful getting me to my advisor. Izzy was my service advisor and he was beyond personable and really knew his stuff, then lovely ladies in their scheduling department Stacey, Ivy, and Cheyanne were very helpful in getting me a shuttle home instead of having to wait. I can not recommend this place enough!! I would give this service department 10 stars if I could!!! I cant wait for my next appointment! More
