Recently I have been looking at Foresters and decided to check out the local dealers in Phoenix and didn't receive the any information or the customer Recently I have been looking at Foresters and decided to check out the local dealers in Phoenix and didn't receive the any information or the customer service that I needed to purchase a Forester, so I decided to drive down to Tucson Subaru and spoke with our salesman CJ Nichols, Well not only did CJ show me everything about the Forester, he made this car buying experience amazing. He listen to what we wanted in a car and gave us a hassle free experience, CJ was never pushy or rude and let us think about it when we went to have lunch in between. When we came back he continued working with us to help us get our new Forester XT! After that the amazing experience continued with Louie Ascencio and gave us in great detail about the warranty package that was right for us. Thanks to CJ Nichols and Louie Ascensio at Tucson Subaru for make it awesome and I would drive down from Phoenix again to purchase another Subaru! More

With CJ, there were no stupid questions and he took the time to make sure I understood all the features on the car and know what I was getting. I worked with Louis in Finance and he also took a lot of time to make sure I understood all finance and warranty options. The vehicle that I had seen previously had already sold so CJ showed me a 2015 Subaru Impreza hatchback and I fell in love with the vehicle. CJ was never pushy and I never felt rushed to make a decision on a purchase. CJ and the manager worked hard to get me the vehicle I wanted at a price I was satisfied with. The waiting lounge for service customers -- comfortable chairs, free wi-fi, charging tables -- and no loud screaming TV; attractive enough that I will stay there when I bring my vehicle back for service (unlike other dealerships where I immediately go on a long walk!). Just purchased our first Subaru, but I expect to be very pleased -- workmanship and finish are wonderful; capabilities appear to be superb. .... Ahhh, but the people make a dealership, and CJ (Sales) and Traci (Finance) were not only totally knowledgeable throughout the process but actually great fun to deal with. Was only introduced to Wendy but she inspires confidence in the Service department. Everybody I have ever met who has dealt with one of Rocky DiChristofano's dealerships has been pleased -- now I know why. More

Very Good Experience for New Subaru Buyer I just bought a new Forester, having for decades been a Honda owner. CJ was friendly, highly knowledgeable about the car and clearly very passionate I just bought a new Forester, having for decades been a Honda owner. CJ was friendly, highly knowledgeable about the car and clearly very passionate about the Subaru brand. I wanted a car to replace my minivan, now that I don't have as many small children to cart around hither and yon. I shopped around different brands, but Subaru really felt different and more impressive than the competition. I had utter confidence that I was getting a great, safe, reliable and sporty car for the money. CJ Nichols and Tim Hanson made the experience pretty seamless overall. CJ helped me figure out which Subaru would be right for me and my family. I am very happy so far with my purchase and its so nice to know I can contact him with follow up questions about the vehicle.
