My husband and I bought a car for me at the Subaru dealership on Oracle a couple weeks ago. CJ Nichols is super wonderful to work with!! CJ was our first contact when my husband reached out remotely. The car was actually off the lot having some work done, but he alerted us when it came back on the lot and we came in immediately. We test drove the car and drove it off the lot. The car is a 2020 GMC Terrain Denali and it is a wonderful car and is in superb condition!!! Kevin Gribble from the finance team worked with us to get through the paperwork. Both CJ and Kevin were very easy to work with, handling all the required steps to puchase a car, answered all questions. They were very professional and courteous. Super great experience. Super happy with my 'new' (one previous owner, no accidents) car!! Thank you both CJ and Kevin for a great car buying experience. We both super enjoyed working with you!! Kudos to Subaru as an ethical dealership who invests in their employees (in lobby everyone's birthday and anniversary is listed!) and is very involved with the community., I like that Subaru is involved with animals and pets, which I had seen that before.
