I am really impressed with Tucson Subaru. It was a pleasant experience. No high pressure sales tactics and plenty of information. Loving my certified pre-owned Subaru I recently bought a certified pre-owned Subaru at Tucson Subaru and had a good experience with my salesperson, CJ, and the dealership. I was apprehen I recently bought a certified pre-owned Subaru at Tucson Subaru and had a good experience with my salesperson, CJ, and the dealership. I was apprehensive in purchasing a used vehicle. I bought my first Subaru in 2005 (which is still running) as a new vehicle. But I wanted to upgrade and liked the features in the 2017 Subaru Forester Premium. I found one to test drive at Tucson Subaru. I sent documentation to CJ by e-mail and he had my vehicle waiting for me to test drive the minute I arrived for my appointment. During the sales process, CJ answered all my questions fully and was patient, letting me take as much time as I wanted for the test drive and to inspect the vehicle. The finance representative, Traci, was exceptionally helpful in finalizing my sales contract and giving me clear information on my options for add-ons, with no pressure, and what to expect after the sale. She even packaged up my paperwork in two envelopes, marked clearly as papers to keep in the vehicle and papers to keep at home. I left feeling that I had a good car, with protection built in from being certified by Subaru, a good deal, and a good understanding of the support that Subaru will provide post-sale. CJ was responsive to some follow-up questions over the weekend after I took ownership of the car, which meant a lot to me. And, currently, this dealership is being very diligent in maintaining safety for their staff and customers in response to COVID 19. Overall, I am glad to rate my experience at 5 stars. Most importantly, the car feels both safe and fun. Very satisfied. More
