Easy, No Hassle Jo Micoletti was patient as it took me a few weeks to work things out my back issues.. He did not rush me on my decision. He asked questions to explore what was preventing me from buying the car and he was willing to listen to them. Jo truly tried to address those concerns. In addition, Jo did what he could to work with me. I had a trade in that was quoted higher from another car business. Subaru was willing to make the appropriate adjustments in the pricing of the car matching my other trade in quote. Jo spent time educating me on how to use the different functions in the car. He got other staff members to assist me in handling the electronics of the car. The final Fun factor, before I drove off the lot in my new Subaru, involved Jo bringing me a dozen red roses. How awesome was that!! Very Celebratory!!! Thank you for your support and help through this process. More

Wise of Subaru to offer variety of sales personalities & styles & not forcing a customer to work just with the 1st person who happens to offer help. Most car sales folks push features without regard to key 'hot buttons' of a customer. Just offering information & frequent support & reminders does not assure trust & comfort between salesperson & customer. Appropriate fit is important & essential in making major investment decision like auto purchase. Some of your sales folks seem to understand that & others are naive. CJ did listen when I told him I didn't want to hear anything more then having him answer my questions. He learned that I was not going to respond to anything like pressure & to respect my timing and my pace. Traci in Finance was organized respectful quick and clear. She made it simple and it was most comfortable. More
