We test drove a Forester and an Impreza, went home, returned to drive a Crosstrek, went home, returned to test a fancier Forester and Crosstrek, and bought still a different Forester. CJ was patient. No rush. No pressure. No frustration. Just straight-forward information and genuine enthusiasm. CJ’s knowledge is impressive and grounded in his own extensive driving of the vehicles. In the end, we felt as though we’d been helped by a friend. Also, a big thumbs-up to Louie in finance and Erin in service. Of the 12 cars I’ve purchased in my life, this experience was easily the best. More

From the s Disclaimer: We have bought 5 or 6 Subarus from this dealership, 3 from CJ Nichols, so we may be slightly biased in favor of Subaru and CJ. From the start to the finish we were very pleased with the ease and speed of the buying, financing and servicing processes. CJ quickly figured out what we were after and got us a match with the color and trim level we wanted. We knew we wanted the Eye Sight safety package and would not go without it. Financing cars sometimes feels longer than closing on a house mortgage. Come to think about it, our 2017 Outback did cost more than our first house. The last time we financed through the dealership was fast, I believe we were out in less than 1 hour with the add ons we wanted. The service on our cars has been fantastic. They've come in on time. Not only that, but they've managed to get our car serviced and ready for us to go before it was even time for our appointment. We've had great luck with all of the service folks but Dan Ford remains our favorite. Not used this time but the shuttle drivers have been fantastic. More
