Rental I really didn’t care for having to walk from the service desk (front of the business) all the way to the rental desk(the rear of the business). I know I really didn’t care for having to walk from the service desk (front of the business) all the way to the rental desk(the rear of the business). I know it seems like a very small problem. But what if it was raining, snowing, sleeting, or -degrees outside. I certainly wouldn’t want my wife and kids to have to do all that walking especially when I told the service agent or receptionist that called to confirm the appointment that I would need a rental car. I won't even consider servicing my car anywhere else. Everything about them says, "We care". The team is awesome. Always professional, courteous and efficient. They go the extra mile. Comfortable waiting area is a plus, since I wait during most of my appointments. Also love all of the tech innovations, from online booking to video reports on the work being done. Very convenient, helpful and kinda cool. All in all, North Penn service is definitely outstanding and superior to all of the other service centers I've been to before. More
