First service appointment for my new Mazda I arrived on time for my appointment and received a nice welcome from the service department. After a misunderstanding that I would be waiting instead I arrived on time for my appointment and received a nice welcome from the service department. After a misunderstanding that I would be waiting instead of dropping it off, they got my car in as quickly as possible. They were actually finished ahead of the promised time. More

I do not need to wait few hours at the dealership and Availability of loaner vehicle keep my work schedule on time. More
