Plenty of opportunity for improvement I've been servicing my vehicles at North Penn Mazda for many years, but their recent service history has me thinking about switching. Between the misdiagnosis of my problem, the lack of part availability, the poor follow through when the part was actually available, and the miscommunication of the status of my repair, I spent many hours traveling back and forth to the dealership and feeling frustrated with the lack of customer service. Great start for establishing trust I just bought my Mazda M6 and this was my first service visit. In addition to normal maintenance things, I had a trim moulding that seemed to be loos I just bought my Mazda M6 and this was my first service visit. In addition to normal maintenance things, I had a trim moulding that seemed to be loose. The mechanic identified that it was due to a broken clip and replaced it with one he had onsite. No charge. I half expected to be charged several dollars for the piece plus labor but was pleasantly surprised. A great first visit. More
