Rick knows so much about the Honda Odyssey! It means even more to us that he personally chooses to drive one with his family. This is our second time working with Rick and we will be back for a third. Honestly, we can’t say enough good things about him. If you’re looking for someone who’s not the stereotypical pushy car salesman, then Rick is your man!! Rick does such a good job making sure you know what all the features are and how to operate them. Because he has such a vast knowledge of the Odyssey, all of our questions were answered thoroughly. Rick took the time to make sure we got every feature that we wanted, and we even got a few extra! He worked with us to get a great value for our trade in, price for the Odyssey, and the monthly payments we were hoping for. Everyone at Don Ayres was friendly and helpful. They made the buying experience pleasant. We had our 4 kids with us during the paperwork signing and Caleb, with the finance team, was very accommodating and understanding. He made sure we knew what the terms of our lease were and exactly what we were signing.
