Over all quite satisfactory. After considerable comparison shopping, we found a very reasonable compromise between model / mileage / price / and accessories. Wes Morris tolerated After considerable comparison shopping, we found a very reasonable compromise between model / mileage / price / and accessories. Wes Morris tolerated considerable abuse on my part ( you get mean in your old age ) and he really did his very best to work with us over several visits. My only disappointment was that a very expensive set of new wheels were already in place on the vehicle and I would have rather had some part in that decision. I would not have put 10% of the purchase price into relatively unremarkable wheels. Regardless, when momma is happy, everybody is happy, THANKS More

Calvin listened to my concerns about selecting a vehicle, asked good questions to clarify what I was REALLY saying, and let me know immediately when the vehicle matching my specs came in the door. Financing our purchase was so easy and convenient from the online form to our sit down with Chad Erwin, Finance Director! He fully explained our warranty with the purchase of a Certified Honda, the terms of our loan, and the options available for additional coverage on our vehicle. I was expecting to sit for at least an hour signing paperwork, but Chad was ready and everything was so streamlined and efficient! I also appreciated the fact that even though my husband and I couldn't get to the dealership during normal business hours, the lights were on and Calvin and Chad were ready to work. I have been with Honda of Lincoln since 1989, and experts like Chad and Calvin are why I will never buy a car from anyone else! More

He was the kind of salesman I like to work with, knowing his product but not attempting to push it onto you. This was the first vehicle we had purchased in ten years and he was quite patient in explaining all the technology features of the car. Before letting us drive our new CR-V away he identified a very, very small hail dent in a piece of trim on his inspection and had it replaced. More

I tell the salesman up front what I am looking for in a vehicle. I don't care to have the " Closer" show up at the salesman's desk, to try and close the deal today. You know that guy in the suit and tie, that tells you, you can get the best deal if you buy today. This didn't happen at Honda Of Lincoln. I dealt with Calvin until the deal was closed. I am very satisfied with the whole experience. More
