Wes Morris tolerated considerable abuse on my part ( you get mean in your old age ) and he really did his very best to work with us over several visits. My only disappointment was that a very expensive set of new wheels were already in place on the vehicle and I would have rather had some part in that decision. Financing our purchase was so easy and convenient from the online form to our sit down with Chad Erwin, Finance Director! He fully explained our warranty with the purchase of a Certified Honda, the terms of our loan, and the options available for additional coverage on our vehicle. I was expecting to sit for at least an hour signing paperwork, but Chad was ready and everything was so streamlined and efficient! I also appreciated the fact that even though my husband and I couldn't get to the dealership during normal business hours, the lights were on and Calvin and Chad were ready to work. I have been with Honda of Lincoln since 1989, and experts like Chad and Calvin are why I will never buy a car from anyone else! More
