I loved my 2016 Forester and found myself in need of a new one after a serious collision. It was not the best time to buy a car but Bill Klozik guided me through the process and the car arrived much soone new one after a serious collision. He explained all the new features in a kind, professional manner and made sure that I would love my new Forester.
