Mystery Solved Over the course of the last 2 months, my car was making mysterious noises so I made an appointment with Cameron to figure it out. At my first service Over the course of the last 2 months, my car was making mysterious noises so I made an appointment with Cameron to figure it out. At my first service appointment to fix the sound, the most dominant sound was fixed. However, upon driving for an additional week, other sounds surfaced and I couldn't consistently pin-point the origin. I contacted Cameron again and he advised I bring it back in. After various test runs with a technician, my husband and Cameron himself, the sound I described could not be replicated. Just when I was about to pick up my car, the technician heard the sound, and the repair was scheduled. Over the course of the next 2 days, other sounds were identified, all through the thorough service by the foreman and technician. They could have stopped servicing the vehicle after the sound was first identified, but I appreciate the extra mile to make sure my car was in the best shape possible. More

I took my 2003, Ford Ex The customer service Cameron Foster and mechanical skills of the auto techs at Temecula Ford greatly exceeded my expectations! I took my 2003, Ford Explorer Sport Trac to Gosch Ford Temecula for an engine replacement. When the job was done, I anticipated my truck to run well; but, I did not expect it to run like it did when I first drove it off the lot 16 years ago! The engine purrs; no more shaking during idle, the clutch is smoother, horsepower restored. Cameron’s customer service was exceptional! Cameron was in consistent communication with the Ford auto techs and me throughout the entire process. Through voice message and text (yes, text) he consistently kept me updated on the progress of my truck. His knowledge in mechanics also appreciated. If you want the job done cheap go to another auto shop. If you want it done right the first time, take it to Gosch Ford Temecula. Thank you for my new truck Gosch Ford Temecula! More
