Cam understood the problem and the fault which was a reoccurrence from my earlier visit and so far has taken care of the problem. Had an amazing experience at BMW of Sarasota. marino and Osman were incredibly professional and super helpful showing me the new BMW M4. Everyone was very nice, facility clean, refreshments (didn't partake) could and should be better. Importantly, Cameron listened, requested routine maintenance work was done timely and seemingly correctl (didn't partake) could and should be better. Importantly, Cameron listened, requested routine maintenance work was done timely and seemingly correctly, car was clean (no oil, grease, etc. inside) and had a pretty decent wash although wish you would provide a wash that really cleans more than just the outside surface of the wheels! Cameron was also very knowledgeable about the vehicle, patient and very nice to talk with not only about service, but cars and overall in general. Cameron also presented as very caring and did whatever it took, which in my case not much, as I only had simple routine maintenance performed. More

My biggest complaint might now be with the dealership at all. I called to arrange my free oil change and requested a courtesy car for thr duration of the service. Now granted, an oil change is usually fairl all. I called to arrange my free oil change and requested a courtesy car for thr duration of the service. Now granted, an oil change is usually fairly quick, but there is an open recall on my car and I wanted everything double checked. And she's a 10 yr old BMW... there's going to be "other" things. The woman flat out refused to do this. Well, I went online and was able to schedule service myself with courtesy car with no issues. And thank God I did... they did fined 2 other issues that needed attention and replacement and needed it over for an additional 2 days. More
