I'm basing this on one specific incident which I told them I'd rate them poorly if they never got back to me. My car was broken into and the alarm never went off. I asked the dealer why and they said t them I'd rate them poorly if they never got back to me. My car was broken into and the alarm never went off. I asked the dealer why and they said they didn't know but would call someone in CHQ. They never got back to me. What's the purpose of having an alarm system if it doesn't work? $1500 and five weeks without a car. I was owed and promised an explanation. More

Scheduling service was fast and convenient. I was able to see available appt times online. I was also able to call and make an appt. Since I had questions, I decided to call to make an appt. I was informed of the problems and which items were critical to address and which ones could wait. They provided me a Lyft home free of charge. Car is running great after the service so pretty pleased. Acura washed my car after the repairs so that was nice too. More
