Brought my <2 yr old car for very minor repair. Technician was incredibly rude - I felt like I was nuisance to him. They told me they were ordering a part and they would be in touch. Customer service is no where close to what it used to be. Sat in my car waiting for someone to come out and greet me when I pulled in. Gave up after several mins and had to stop the chatting between 2 servi Sat in my car waiting for someone to come out and greet me when I pulled in. Gave up after several mins and had to stop the chatting between 2 service managers and inform them that I had an appt. This is my 3rd Acura. Been using this dealer for service for 15 years. Service manager barely made eye contact and just tapped info into computer. When checking out I questioned the price asking if I was being given the rate of the oil change service special in the app and service manager told me he had no idea what the app showed. For goodness sake! Look it up! I mentioned my key fob didn’t work in driver door but back door same side worked fine. Cameron kept telling me it’s bc my purse was on other shoulder. Kept insisting even as I explained multiple times same side back door worked fine. Then just said no one was there to check and never asked me if he could schedule a follow up to check this out. Overall terrible customer experience dealing with the manager. More
