Howard always goes above and beyond, giving exceptional/excellent service and not only is he kind, patient, polite and genuine, he makes you/has always made me feel very welcome and is always willing to help, finds answers for all my questions and very timely in all responses! I have been very honored to have Howard as my main contact/go to person for everything! He is exceptional/excellent! Thank you so much, Howard! Can't thank you enough! I can't imagine working with anyone else other than Howard and when I call and he is not there, believe me, I wait for him to come back! He is the best!!! I also had the opportunity to work with Dirk, Cameron, Justin and Mike N, Finance - all awesome/exceptional/excellent service regarding all the car features and Dirk, Cameron and Justin were very patient with me with all the new apps I have in the car! Thank you, truly the genius team! You truly are genius in everything you do and Dirk, thank you for your prompt responses/texts when I scheduled my apt with you to go through everything in the car and of course, Cameron and Justin nailed it (and with a smile!), explained everything in details and also stated I could call them anytime with any questions! You guys make it so easy to use all those fancy apps in the car! Thank you for being there for us when we need you!
