Great dealership I got a ok deal I feel they could’ve given me more for my trade. And I feel that we could’ve made a deal the first day I stopped instead of having to go back and forth for a few days. Th given me more for my trade. My experience with Jimmy Britt Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram was a great one. They were able to assist me in finding a great new used car, when we very suddenly lost our vehicle due to a failed catalytic conver was a great one. They were able to assist me in finding a great new used car, when we very suddenly lost our vehicle due to a failed catalytic converter, which resulted in engine failure. We were very distraught by suddenly being without a vehicle & the salesman, Hector Diaz, was very kind & helpful and offered us several choices of a new vehicle to make sure we would be satisfied in what we were purchasing. Bootsy Barnes was very kind & understanding when it came to my financial situation as well as Mr. Sam Washington, with whom we signed papers with. The guys (Hector Diaz & Camron were able to get my old vehicle from the Kia dealership & made sure it safely got to their dealership & were able to give me some trade-in allowance. I would definitely refer other friends & family to this dealership! More
