Cannon Campbell went above and beyond the call of duty for our latest repair on our van. He had the problem diagnosed this last Monday and fixed by Wednesday afternoon. Cannon Campbell has been my service advisor ever since I knew who he was, when my old service advisor left. Any time I need something, be it service or a question, concern, noise, intermittent issue, whatev knew who he was, when my old service advisor left. Any time I need something, be it service or a question, concern, noise, intermittent issue, whatever it is, he is quick to help me out. He always has a smile and welcomes me with ease. I am never treated as an annoying customer or the next customer in line. He is always professional and courteous and prompt. I appreciate that. Today, I popped in for a minor item and he got my truck to the shop and got it handled immediately, when I was expecting to have to schedule a time to come in later in the week. Last time I was in, we had a family emergency and he offered his condolences to me. My father in law had a stroke. Cannon let me keep the loaner an additional day and said to not worry about picking my car up. His words "Take your time and take care of your family. I will keep your family in my thoughts and prayers." Really meant a lot for him to say that to me. I also do not think it was "words" but rather from the heart. I buy at Longo Toyota and service there, but I also use Pat Lobb for service and exclusively with Cannon. Pat Lobb is closer to my house. For reasons I will not state on this review, is why I drive to a different dealer for some things. If you had a guy like Cannon in every department of the dealerhip, I might change my mind. He is a great asset to your team. More

My Service Advisor Cannon delivered for me when my vehicle needed it most. I came in this morning with no appointment and Cannon made sure the job got done today.
