I have always been pleased by the professionalism of Toyota of Santa Fe staff - many of whom have been in the Service Department for over 15 years! I was unable to shift from 'park' to reverse and I had 'VSC off' and 'ABS' show up on the dash. I looked in the manual to find out what this meant and what to do. The manual said take it into to the deale 'VSC off' and 'ABS' show up on the dash. I looked in the manual to find out what this meant and what to do. The manual said take it into to the dealership. Not very useful if I could not get the car out of 'park', I called Toyota of Santa Fe, and was able to leave a message with Carl. He called back within several minutes and told me how to over-ride the problem, which usually can be solved by pressing hard on the break pedal. I was later able to make an appointment to have the car in and fixed. This was accomplished quickly and the defective break switch was replaced. More
