When the finance offer was nearly 10% higher interest than my current vehicle, the finance employee immediately understood what it would take to get me to continue buying a car and he made it happen. The lady, Carla, was very pushy saying “just accept the high rate and refinance in a few months” she repeated this to the point it nearly lost my sale. This is the third new car I have bought at Sapaugh.
