Carlo Gilli was very knowledgeable on the product and pleasant to work with. We did request information on the Q3 maintenance schedule and had to find it ourselves on the internet. The window sticker/Mo pleasant to work with. We did request information on the Q3 maintenance schedule and had to find it ourselves on the internet. The window sticker/Monroney Label was removed from the car before we took possession and we had to repeatedly request it, but we did finally get an e-mail copy of it from Mr. Gilli. When we sent the title of our trade in to the dealer via overnight mail, the dealer refused to sign for it and did not advise us that they received it. All seems well with the car and we like it very much. All in all our experience was reasonably good and we look forward to years of comfortable, dependable service from this vehicle. More
