Great first experience I came to Findlay possibly looking for a newer used car ...most likely looking for a Carolla. I was already the owner of a 2002 Toyota Camry which I love but wanted to get into something newer and pass the Camry to my son in college. I first reached out via the website and spoke online chat with Carlos who was able to answer my questions ahead of time. Since I was at work he had Rebecca from their sales team reach out to me later via text to help set up a test drive. Both Carlos and Rebecca I found were very attentive, professional and kind . That evening I came to Findlay with my Mom. Gaspar was tmy salesman for the evening I was so impressed with Gaspar. I explained to him my situation, what I was looking for and my credit history. Gaspar was very relatable, professional yet personal. I felt every step of the way that Gaspar was honest and transparent. He simply made the dreaded car buying process more comforting to someone like myself who’s never bought a car on my own and who is rebuilding credit. In the end, I bought a 2016 Camry which I love and feel like was a great purchase. I’m so excited and I appreciate Gaspar, Rebecca and even Carlos from the online chat for all of their help! More
