I purchased a lease for a Rav4 back in December. It has been almost a month and my trade has NOT been paid off, and my new lease has NOT been funded. This has been beyond stressful and I am very disappointed with Toyota. I will be filing a formal complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. More

They got us every option we wanted and were very transparent in regards to cost. I won't buy a Toyota from any other dealer. We live across town and only 2 miles from Toyota dealer on our side of town, they had horrible customer service. So it is worth it to travel 35 miles to be treated very well.
