Lazy xxx mechanics. Do not pay attention to detail. Only go by the book and that book is numbers rather than quality. Mechanics caused a fire in my engine bay 30 minutes after I picked it up after they had it for two weeks. None of my parts were put back properly if at all. My jeep had no AC when I got it back. My issue was not resolved as Jeep discontinued the part I needed. Instead, a bandaid and a shot in the dark. Temporarily it is fixed but no resolution was attempted by Jeep. Just a disgrace. I was disregarded as a complaining customer by the mechanic. Quality of the work is just absolute garbage. I did not receive what I paid for. No where close, yet I still had to pay for it. I will never take my jeep there again. More

I had a very DISAPPOINTING and DISTRESSING experience with this dealership. From the very first day I arrived to the dealership, the first person I met was Caylie Salazar who is very GOSSIPY young wo with this dealership. From the very first day I arrived to the dealership, the first person I met was Caylie Salazar who is very GOSSIPY young woman who DISTORTS information, and she was the first person I met when I arrived at the dealer for first time. Then I met the Customer Advisor, Stacy -Ann Bonner, was ENTIRELY FOCUSED ( I was completely BLIND with this lady and I had no idea what she was CAPABLE of to EARN her COMMISSION)convincing me to purchase a new battery.I repeatedly told her that my car DID NOT NEED ONE. I was pressured by the Body Shop Manager, Carlos Caballero (very rude and rough guy by the way, with 0 modals) by a phone call on 10/21/25 ), who told me that if I didn't BUY it, my car couldn't be programmed and would be LEFT outside. So, in other words I had to pay the amount of $1,216.38 for something my var NEVER needed. On top of that, I had to bring the car back a second time and pay an additional $107, yet the car is STILL not properly repaired. Additionally,Gracie, Stacey and Carlos plague tried to challenge my intelligence by claiming the NOISE was caused by the brakes, when the brakes have never had any issues. On top of that, they attempted to MAKE ME pay even more, trying to take more money from me. During my visit, a mechanic named Chris ( another Spanish guy and unluckily I could not find his last name ) acted extremely DISRESPECTFULLY (10/25/25),even SPITTING near me and saying he didn't want to deal with me. Instead of addressing this behavior, the GENERAL MANAGER Nick Burba, DEFENDED it and told me to take MY CAR SOMEWHERE ELSE.On top of that, he called me STURBBORN" in front of my daughter. I said "WOW" for myself- but let see it later on who is or who is not? Later, Grace Casanova canceled my APPROVED RENTAL car simply because I shared my HONEST FEEDBACK, causing me SERIOUS personal and family issues, including missing college classes and work. How does the General Manager expect me to change my review when the service quality they provide is far BELOW POOR? All of these people ABUSE the positions they hold to take ADVANTAGE of and HARM customers. This place SHOWS NO PROFESSIONALISM, ETHICS, or RESPECT for CUSTOMERS. THIS IS JUST THE BEGINNING- I WILL MAKE SURE MYN MONEY IS RECOVERED AND MY VEHICLE REPAIRED PROPERLY. I have " ZERO COMPASSION " when I do know I'm right. 'I'll end by saying this: FOOL ME ONCE,AND YOU MUST BE A MAGICIAN - BUT IT WON'T HAPPEN AGAIN.'' More

My experience with my service advisor was overall okay. We did run into a few bumps along the way, and there were moments I felt things could have gone smoother. This was the worst experience I've ever had with a business. They'll damage your car, disrespect you and refuse to even try to make things right. They should be shut down. They sold me a car that had business. They'll damage your car, disrespect you and refuse to even try to make things right. They should be shut down. They sold me a car that had a faulty evaporator, said it would be a quick and easy fix. They had my car for 6 weeks and damaged my dashboard in the process of "fixing" it. When they told me it was ready to pick up, the car wasn't even put together properly. The cover on the airbag was broken and hanging off. They attempted to zip tie it back together right in front of me. The steering column wasn't properly tightened down and the shaft was grinding. If we didn't notice it, it could've led to a dangerous situation and a lawsuit. This dealership doesn't care about safety, customers, integrity or anything but screwing people over for money. Avoid them at all cost. Every single person we dealt with there was absolutely horrible. Except the cashiers. More

Terrible service, I couldn’t describe the frustration I had with this dealership. They broke the pieces on my car all on their fault, second told me I would need to pay for the rental for the 21 days even had with this dealership. They broke the pieces on my car all on their fault, second told me I would need to pay for the rental for the 21 days even though they broke the car. They took 3-1/2 weeks to fix my car which is nonsense. This is ridiculous and I’ll never buy a jeep because of how terrible the service was. More
