After looking across several dealerships closer to where we now live only to face severe lack of inventory and overall sales personnel knowledge of the vehicle in which we were interested, I decided to give Carlos a call. Carlos is single-handedly the reason why we came back to 5-star because both last time and this time Carlos listened to exactly what we wanted. While he urged us to at least look at a couple of other options to be sure we were getting exactly what we want, he never once tried to change our minds much less convince us of a different vehicle entirely as was the case as several other dealerships we visited. Additionally, Tut and the "Tutman experience" was excellent. We were dreading dealing with the onsite finance guys again. Unfortunately, we were skipped several times waiting our turn to speak to someone, which was quite irritating, but in no way Tut's fault. Once we sat down with Tut, he answered all of our questions and made the signing process painless. Thank you both Carlos and Tut for a positive purchasing experience. Hopefully 5-star will have what we want or can help us find it in a few years when the husband is looking to trade in the pick-up for a newer Ford. More

One time I was in a dealership and was buying three new cars, where the "High Pressure man" came out and asked for a $ 100.00 bill to prove that I was serious. I left and went to another dealer and bought three new cars. None of that happened at the dealership and with this salesman. He understood why I was there and what I wanted and did not try to up-sell me. I had a Truly great experience. I always tell anyone who wants a Ford, Go to Five Star Ford, and now ask for Carlos. I went to this dealership and I located three trucks that I wanted. I wrote down all the information on the trucks and headed to the sales floor.When I talked with the salesman I told him upfront that my cre I wanted. I had messed up with my credit and I knew I woud have to put a lot of money down. He told me that I would back from him first thing the next morning. The next day later into the afternoon I called to find out what was going on because he had never bothered to return my call. He told me that he had tried to call me twice but didn't leave a message. He told me how much money that I needed to put down to make the deal happen. I told him that was ok and I wanted my wife to go drive the trucks before I made the final choice. I never heard back from him so I went back to the dealership and talked with another salesman. I told him everything that had happened and gave him all the information on the three trucks so we could start the process over and get this deal over. The new salesman said that he would handle things and that he was sorry that they had dropped the ball. The next day I had to call him back to find out what was going on. He told me that the paperwork was in the back with the finance department and he would go get it and call me back. About a hour later the first salesman called me back and stated that he was waiting on me to call him back. That I must have misunderstood our last conversation and he was there to help me. I told him that my wife was headed up there to drive the trucks so we could just get this over. He said that he would be there and waiting on her. She called me when she left the dealership to tell me about the truck that she liked. She said that the first salesman had left and the second salesman helped her. She had made it to the dealership within an hour of me talking with him. She said that she liked one truck but that she would like to go back with me so we could look at them all and mabey unlock it so she could see the inside, The salesman didn't even bring the keys to unlock the trucks so she could see the inside much less drive them. I know this sounds like im making this up but this is totally the truth. This is a $52,000 truck, I guess the salesman thought that the downpayment that I was going to put down was a little out of my league. I have the money and would have bought the truck. I have changed my mind about buying a truck at this time. More

This is our second vehicle purchased with Carlos, he is GREAT! I came in to drive a Taurus, didn't work out, told Carlos what my 2nd choice was.
