Friendly professional salesmanship I had been looking for a new truck for a few weeks. I couldn’t really find what I wanted and that was in my range as far as monthly payments. I have bought from Bourne’s twice before this, and don’t know why I didn’t just start here. All the vehicles are clean right from the start and I didn’t have sales people running after me to try and make a sale. They simply asked that if I had questions they were here to help. The sales man I started to talk to was Greg Cummings, he’s a very nice guy that let me test drive countless trucks He didn’t pressure me into sitting down and going over the numbers or “holding my keys” from me like other dealerships have done in the past, to try and make a deal. He simply told me how it was. I don’t the truck I wanted and when the deal was done Greg was very helpful with taking care of the little things on the truck that I had asked to be taken care of. With no hesitation he got it done. The entire Bourne’s sales staff managers and financial managers welcomed everyone with a smile and were always asking if you needed something.
