Operationally, they continue to refine the customer experience to offer a quick test-drive experience without the wait; so you can really interact quickly with the vehicle versus endure a long drawn out sales pitch. This is our 2nd purchase with Tre Hubbard, and it was like seeing an ole friend again. There was no pressure, no agendas, no slick sales pitch. He continues to be professional, friendly, positive, responsive, and knowledgeable. The finance process with Carlos was also very smooth and easy, and we were able to turn around an entire purchase from test drive to trade-in to driving the new car off the lot within a few hours.
