I know I purchased a used car but the front end has a metal on metal clank sound when I drive over rougher asphalt, I think that should have been addressed. Everything else works ok. The service is the main issue, I know a salesman’s job is to sale vehicles but I felt rushed and treated second class because I wasn’t i wasn’t buying a “new vehicle”. I mean when I drove off the lot I had 1/4 tank of gas, and my car was parked in the rain. So I was wet and almost out of gas, when I drove off with my newly purchased vehicle😕 I believe I won’t be recommending landers to anyone. Thank you More

Not disclosing a material issue about a used car limiting its speed when the electric battery gets too low almost caused me and my family to be in a wreck on the interstate. No proactive contact from the salesman or the manager. The only time I get a response is when I initiate the communication. My family has bought SEVERAL new and used cars from the Landers dealership. That will stop, we will take our business to a dealership that values us and our safety. More
